My insight in humanistic approach

I've been learn in this approach how does the  human can fully behave. There so many things that we will be done to us..Carl rogers said that the congruence is all about yourself there is one more the ideal self, this will be pertaining us your secondary self or your wanted to be for the future, you can successfully do that if you use your plan for gain your ideal self to be. So in this chapter were been make the things what the human do. How does they begin to think? and they also study here the hierarchy needs of a person. Abraham Maslow also tell about the peak experience is the things that you been experience and also fully understand what you are,also the things that had here..They said that the phenomenal field was the mimic of the past.
